Join psychologist and author Dr. Lisa Coyne PhD for an empowering session based on her book Stop Avoiding Stuff on Thursday, May 15th from 6:30–8:00 PM at Wilson Middle School. Learn practical microskills to promote mental wellness, face challenges that are outside of your control, support your loved ones, and move toward a more connected, meaningful life. This presentation will Include guided practices and small group discussions.
