Susan Rice is a strategic user experience leader focused on delivering customer value and business impact. She’s dedicated to building high performing research and design teams, particularly in high-growth organizations, including Vistaprint, MINDBODY, Toast, and Workiva. Susan is passionate about motivating and coaching team members in a psychologically safe and fun environment. Susan holds an M.S. in Human Factors in Information Design from Bentley University and a B.A. in Psychology from U.C. Santa Barbara. She enjoys presenting on strategy, leadership, design thinking, and organizational change.
